One of the largest dynamic sites we've worked on, this client had an idea to start a property listing website aimed squarely at investors.

This site needed it all - a well-designed database, clear user interface, a flash map locator, lots of php and mysql, secure login for agents, an ecommerce gateway for online payment and a backend administration section.

The end product is a website that's clear and easy to use. Estate agents can login, create their own property listings and pay for them online via credit card. Investors can search by location or price and find exactly what they want.

And it was all delivered to a strict budget.
